About the RoleTheEngagement & Registration Managerplays a hands-on role within Wynford’s Engagement & Registration Solutions team, responsible for delivering seamless, high-quality registration and participant engagement experiences across assigned programs.Reporting to theManager, Engagement & Registration Solutions, this role focuses on day-to-day program delivery, participant communications, and data integrity. Working closely with Event Solutions and Digital Solutions, the Engagement & Registration Manager ensures participants receive clear, timely, and accurate information throughout the program lifecycle while maintaining high service standards.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional who enjoys balancing participant care with operational precision and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.The salary rangefor this role is $50,000-$55,000 annually.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery & Participant SupportDeliver registration and participant engagement services across assigned programs, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency.Manage participant inboxes and communications, responding within established service standards.Support registration delivery on complex or high-volume programs as required.Ensure accurate management of participant data, hotel reservations, rooming lists, and special requests.Communication & DocumentationPrepare, review, and distribute participant communications across the program lifecycle, including confirmations and pre-event materials.Review “know before you go” communications to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with program details.Prepare and maintain participant, hotel, air, and operational reports for internal teams and clients.Operational Coordination & QualityPartner with Digital Solutions to support testing of registration paths, workflows, and participant journeys prior to launch.Monitor registration timelines and milestones, flagging risks, data issues, or delivery concerns early.Ensure high standards of data integrity, confidentiality,



and participant experience.Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Cvent and registration tools to support efficient delivery.Act as a registration and engagement resource to internal teams, providing operational insight and best-practice guidance.Translate client and program needs into practical, participant-facing registration solutions.Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and participant experience in collaboration with the broader team.What You BringPost-secondary education in business, event management, or a related field.1+ year of experience in customer service, registration, or administrative roles, ideally within incentive travel, events, hospitality, or a third-party services environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills; French proficiency is an asset.High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and follow-through.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Cvent (or willingness to learn quickly).A calm, professional approach when managing participant inquiries or time-sensitive issues.Availability and ability to travel for onsite support when required.Who You AreParticipant-focused:You approach your work with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to excellent service.Detail-driven:You take pride in accuracy, organization, and clean execution.Dependable and responsive:You follow through, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly when priorities shift.Calm under pressure:You stay composed, solution-oriented, and professional during busy periods.Collaborative:You work well with cross-functional partners and value shared success.Eager to learn:You are curious about systems, tools,
