The MRB Engineer will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving non-conformance issues related to aircraft structures, systems, and components. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure compliance with design, regulatory, and safety requirements.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or related field).- 5+ years of experience in MRB engineering within the aerospace industry.- Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, composites, systems, and materials.- Experience working with aerospace industry regulations (e.G., FAA, TCCA, EASA).- Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks) and analysis tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound engineering decisions under pressure.- Solid communication and teamwork abilities.Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and disposition non-conforming parts, materials, and assemblies through the MRB process.- Perform structural and system analysis to assess the impact of discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions.- Collaborate with design, stress,
