and onboarding of new entities.Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).Collaborate with FP&A;, AR, AP, Collections, Sales, and Corporate Accounting teams to support accurate financial reporting.Provide guidance and support to Staff Accountants and assist with mentoring and development.Support Regional Finance Management with job reviews, cash flow analysis, and ad hoc reporting.Support finance transformation initiatives and other responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA designation preferred with strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial compliance.Three to six (3–6) years of progressive accounting experience.Proven financial project management skills, including cost analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.Experience optimizing financial systems and streamlining accounting processes.People management expertise, with a track record of coaching and developing accounting professionals and teams.Exceptional skills in financial software and reporting tools (ERP systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive, Excel, financial modeling).Solid communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
