As the onshore tower lead, you will interface with client NetOps/L2/L3 while coordinating essential maintenance windows and directing offshore SMEs. Your role demands robust Cisco proficiency and expertise in redundancy protocols to implement seamless upgrades and ensure network stability.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee IOS and NX-OS firmware patching across devices • Develop redundancy-focused patching sequences and validation processes • Communicate schedules with NOC and other network teams • Maintain compliance and EOL tracking across the network • Conduct post-upgrade validation and troubleshooting

Requirements: • CCNP required; ITIL 4 Foundation essential • Experience in handling Cisco NX-OS, Juniper devices • Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, STP protocols • Strong background with patch management tools and practices • Ability to manage vendor relationship during escalations
