Role: Techno-functional SAP CRM

Type: Full-time Contract

Must Have: Reliability clearance or higher

Job Description:

- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for SAP CRM production issues, incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and application performance monitoring.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and develop solution designs.
- Prepare functional specifications, impact assessments, and support CRM configuration aligned with business requirements.
- Coordinate with ABAP teams on enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, reports, forms, interfaces, and custom developments.
- Support integrations between SAP CRM, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and external systems, including middleware and data replication troubleshooting.
- Participate in testing, UAT, deployments, release management, and post-production support.




- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, documentation, and system health initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong SAP CRM support, configuration, and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience managing incidents, defects, service requests, and enhancement initiatives.
- Ability to perform fit-gap analysis, impact assessments, and functional documentation.
- Solid stakeholder management and business communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP CRM Web UI, Middleware, SAP ECC/S/4HANA integrations, IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, and interfaces.
- Experience collaborating with ABAP developers on technical solutions and custom developments.
- Experience troubleshooting integration, middleware, and data replication issues.
