Job Description QE Automation Lead Mobile, Appium, Selenium, Playwright & Rest Assured Hybrid: 4 days a week onsite 5+ years of Exp in Banking Industry Required skillset: Mobile Automation, Appium, Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured Working on integrated systems with several upstream and downstream applications Experience in Agile way of Working We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Banking applications and modern test automation frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in web, mobile, and API automation testing and have hands-on experience working within Agile teams or POD-based delivery models.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications.

Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and Rest Assured.

Validate end-to-end business processes across complex banking applications and integrated systems.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams within Agile squads/PODs.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster releases.

Track, analyze, and report test execution results, defects, and quality metrics.

Contribute to automation strategy, framework enhancements, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Hub Jenkins CI/CD Pipeline Integration Testing Expertise Functional Testing Regression Testing Integration Testing API Testing End-to-End Testing Mobile and Web Application Testing Domain Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain.

Strong understanding of banking products, customer journeys, and integrated application ecosystems.

Experience working with applications connected to multiple upstream and downstream systems.

Agile Delivery Experience Hands-on experience working within Agile Scrum teams or POD-based delivery models.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in cloud-based testing environments.

Knowledge of modern Quality Engineering practices.

Exposure to CI/CD and Dev

Ops methodologies. ISTQB or relevant testing certifications preferred.
