Recruitment Needs & Talent Profiling Partner closely with business leaders and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs, business objectives, and role requirements; Define job responsibilities, core competencies, required experience,
and cultural fit; Develop candidate profiles and structured interview evaluation criteria; Coordinate interview processes with HRBPs and business leaders, and continuously follow up on candidate progress; Assess local talent market conditions and candidate availability, and optimize talent profiles and recruitment strategies accordingly, particularly for roles and markets with limited talent supply, to improve recruitment feasibility and efficiency. 2.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Write, develop, and optimize job descriptions (JDs); Post and maintain job openings across the U.S. market; Proactively source and engage qualified passive candidates; Review and assess inbound applicants; Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments; Coordinate subsequent interviews, interview feedback, offers, and candidate communications; Continuously follow up on candidate progress to ensure an efficient recruitment process and a positive candidate experience. 3.

Campus Recruiting & University Partnerships Establish and maintain long-term relationships with target universities, colleges, and student organizations; Participate in campus career fairs, information sessions, and other campus recruiting activities; Develop talent pipelines for interns and new graduates; Maintain relationships with university Career Centers and relevant program coordinators; Continuously expand campus talent resources based on the companys hiring needs. 6.
Recruitment Data & Reporting Maintain accurate and complete candidate and position data in the ATS or recruitment tracking system; Track key recruitment metrics, including hiring progress, time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates; Provide regular updates on recruitment status and candidate pipelines across U.S. positions; Identify key recruitment bottlenecks and analyze their root causes; Proactively develop solutions to recruitment challenges and collaborate with Hiring Managers to drive implementation Job Requirement: 1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition ; Familiarity with the North American recruitment market ; U.S. recruitment experience is strongly preferred; Hands-on experience with Linked
