Labour Maintenance - Up to $1300 weekly Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! We are seeking hardworking, safety-focused Maintenance Labourers to join our Portable Crushing team.

In this role, you will support the maintenance and operation of crushing equipment, conveyors, screens, wash plants, and other mobile equipment while helping maintain a safe and productive work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work in the construction and aggregate industry.

Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, adjustments, cleaning, and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screens, wash plants, and related equipment.

Operate equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company, provincial, and manufacturer guidelines.

Assist with preventative maintenance and report equipment issues or environmental spills to site management.

Perform general labour and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.

Travel with portable crushing plants as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.





Valid driver''s licence.

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform manual labour.

Experience in industrial maintenance, plant operations, or heavy equipment operation is considered an asset.

First Aid, WHMIS, Surface Miner, Confined Space, and Working at Heights certifications are assets (training may be provided).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor environment, including lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Must wear all required PPE.

Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face.

Schedule 6:00 AM 6:00 PM.

Shift work may include days, afternoons, nights, and occasional weekends.
