The Role: Corporate Legal Counsel In this role, you will spend most of your time advising business leaders on commercial and operational legal matters, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting compliance and governance initiatives, and managing legal risk.

You will work closely with senior leadership, operational stakeholders, procurement teams, and external counsel while helping the organization achieve strategic objectives across Canada and the United States.





This role balances hands-on legal work with business partnership responsibilities, providing clarity on expectations from day one.

What You''ll Bring
