Position Summary

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys both mechanical work and fabrication? We’re looking for a skilled Steel Fabricator/ Welder to join our team and play a key role in keeping our equipment running efficiently while fabricating custom components to support our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Cut, grind, weld metallics for production and tooling.
- Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and fabricate to print.
- Repair molds, tooling and machinery as requested.
- Support maintenance department with large projects, equipment upgrades and plant improvements.
- Record all time, material and related quality documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

- At least two years of proven experience working as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic or a Steel Fabricator within a manufacturing facility environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG/Stick).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to safety and quality.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour
