We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Assist with sterilization and chairside dental assitance.
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate records using dental software
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Prepare and maintain patient files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Support dental professionals during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to assist in patient care and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and office efficiency.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.

Experience

- Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role is preferred, specially if there is any work experience in healthcare field.
- Familiarity with orthodontics, pediatrics, or dental assisting is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental practices is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
