Our client is looking for a Legal Talent Director to lead recruitment, development, engagement, retention, and career advancement for associates and law students within the Dispute Department.
The Legal Talent
Director will also help drive strategic talent initiatives that support the Firm’s overall strategy and core values. JD or Bachelor’s degree in Law, depending on the jurisdiction Experience in Legal Talent, or an interest in building a career in this area, with a background in recruitment and/or professional development Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels Excellent project, time management, administrative, and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects A strong advocate for DEI,
