Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Admin Coordinator Location: Ottawa Work Type: Full time, Onsite Salary: $20 Vacancy: Existing vacancy This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, solving customer inquiries, scheduling, and administrative challenges, and working within a transportation and logistics setting.

What you''ll do Admin related duties Customer Services Communicating over calls and emails Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments Communicate with service centers and shippers to obtain missing paperwork or freight information.

Work with internal departments to resolve shipping issues and implement corrective actions.

Monitor daily operational reports.

Enter shipment data into the Transportation Management System (TMS).

Request documentation from carriers to resolve freight claims or letters of denial.

Coordinate freight disposition with shippers.

Answer incoming calls from shippers and carriers.

Contact customers to discuss and resolve on-hand freight issues.

Generate operational and administrative reports.





Complete all required shipping and administrative documentation accurately What Youll Bring 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar Customer service and administrative role Strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Previous customer service experience with solid communication skills.

Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is considered an asset.

Must be able to provide a clean criminal background check.
