We are looking for a Talent Development & Learning Administrator to join a healthcare organization in Toronto, Ontario on a Contract basis.
This position supports learning initiatives by coordinating training logistics, maintaining accurate development records, and helping deliver a smooth experience for employees and stakeholders.
Working in a hybrid environment, the successful candidate will provide reliable administrative support to the Talent Development & Learning team while contributing to key people and culture projects.
Responsibilities: Maintain learning records, update training documentation, monitor employee development activity, and prepare reports for the team as needed.
Organize training sessions by sending invitations, confirming attendance, and coordinating schedules with internal participants and stakeholders.
Arrange meeting spaces, catering,
and audiovisual or technical requirements to ensure learning events run efficiently.
Provide day-of support for training programs, including troubleshooting basic technical issues and assisting facilitators and attendees.
Support the annual talent review process by managing calendars, preparing agendas, attending meetings, and capturing detailed notes.
Compile discussion notes and organize information into explicit, individualized follow-up packages for leadership and participants.
Work closely with People & Culture and other functional teams to coordinate meetings, communications, and project-related administrative activities.
Assist with general administrative duties that support talent development programs, learning operations, and broader team priorities.
