and functional environment and address minor maintenance issues as they ariseAssist with moving appliances and placing them in showroom displaysSupport basic appliance installs or disconnections under the direction of the Facilities ManagerRespond to maintenance requests and complete scheduled facility tasksMaintain the interior and exterior of the property, including parking areas and seasonal upkeep such as snow removalAssist with custodial duties, room setups, furniture moves, and merchandising appliances in the showroomManage shipping and receiving of maintenance suppliesAssist with coordinating external trades and contractors, including site orientations and basic project support when requiredWhat you need to be successfulComfortable using basic hand tools, ladders, and working with mechanical componentsKnowledge of workplace safety procedures and best practicesAbility to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance and custodial needsPhysically capable of lifting, moving appliances, and performing hands‑on maintenance tasksValid Class 5 driver's licenseAvailabilityThis is afull‑timeposition and will require you to be available Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.We value diverse perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
