OverviewMaintenance Crew Chief | North Cariboo AirCompensation:CA$48.00 – CA$58.00 per hourResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Supervision:Oversee a team of AMEs and technicians, providing technical guidance, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.Maintenance Execution:Direct and perform line and base maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in accordance with approved manuals.Quality & Safety Compliance:Ensure all work meets Transport Canada standards and company SMS (Safety Management System) protocols; maintain a “safety-first” culture on the floor.Technical Documentation:Review and certify maintenance release; ensure all logbooks, tasks, work packages are accurately completed and signed off.Resource Management:Coordinate with the stores department for parts procurement and manage specialized tooling to prevent downtime.Mentorship:Train and mentor junior engineers,
