That only happens because the people behind the process take ownership and hold the standard.About This RoleThis is a four-month contract engagement to support our pre-construction team during a period of active growth. You will work closely with our project management and design team to produce detailed, accurate construction estimates for luxury custom home projects. The work is precise, deadline-driven, and directly tied to client commitments.This role involves direct communication with clients and trade partners. You will be expected to represent LUX professionally in every interaction clear, calm, and client-first.What We Are Looking ForProven estimating experience in residential construction,

Compensation is $35–$45 per hour based on experience. A flat performance completion bonus is paid at the four‑month mark for contractors who meet the standard.
