As an LCBO Customer Service Representative, you will have a chance to inspire others and share your knowledge with our customers.**About the Role:**This is an on-site role #LI-OnSiteReporting to the Store manager, you will:* Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience* Ask for donations for our partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign)* Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys* Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products* Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles)* Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg)
