Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.Engineering Manager – Console UI As the Engineering Manager for the Console UI team, you’ll lead and grow a front‑end‑focused engineering team responsible for shaping the user experience of a new, strategic platform initiative. Your team will build admin and developer‑facing interfaces that make complex security and infrastructure capabilities usable, intuitive, and trustworthy.You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Identity, Security, and Backend Platform teams to translate foundational runtime systems into clear workflows for configuring machine identities, managing secure integrations, defining access controls, and auditing activity. This is a foundational team— not a feature team at the edges—defining how customers experience an entirely new layer of 1Password.You’ll mentor engineers, create a culture of front‑end excellence, and set technical direction for a UI surface that must scale in both complexity and impact. Balancing rapid iteration with long‑term architectural thinking, you’ll ensure the Console evolves into a cohesive, reliable experience as the platform grows.
