As a member of the team, you will have opportunities to grow and develop and create meaningful value and lasting impact through the Mastercard Foundation.What you'll doThis is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a world‑class finance function within a growing asset management company that directly supports one of the largest private foundations in the world. In this role, you will have breadth,



combining accounting and operational experience and be responsible for monthly accounting, payroll, payments and financial planning.Accountabilities include and may not be limited to:Support the monthly reporting, including preparation and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and active participation in month‑end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with internal policies and accounting standardsBecome a business advisor on people operations including payroll, incentive calculations and incentive management, and benefits helping to drive insights and analytics for forecasting and budgetingSupport the monthly payments process, becoming a subject matter expert for all costs of MFAMAdvise functional teams on management of costs and payments instilling a culture of cost consciousness in the organization and a system of internal controlsPrepare, and support the assessment and evaluation of budget and forecasts helping to drive cost analytics and variance analysesAssist with ad‑hoc duties, as necessaryWhat you'll need4-6 years of progressive experience, with at least 3 years in corporate/financial reporting, assisting with monthly/quarterly reporting closeCPA designation or working towards is preferredStrong working knowledge of payroll and benefits processes, or willingness to learn, is preferredExperience in asset or investment management is an assetExperience driving process improvements and applying frameworks such as Lean or similarA collaborative and adaptable mindsetEnthusiasm for being a key player in a start‑up workplace, embracing hands‑on execution, contributing beyond assigned responsibilities,
