Power Platform Technical Consultant Job Type: Full-Time / FTE Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 Days/Week) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Technical Consultant with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, integrations, and enterprise application development.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional capabilities and experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications 8 10 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience .

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform .

Strong experience with Power Automate , including Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.

Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps .

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse , including entities, workflows, relationships, and configuration.

Strong understanding of the Power Platform security model .

Experience extending Power Platform solutions using plugins, Power Automate, and custom workflow activities .

Strong experience with enterprise integrations involving ERP, line-of-business applications, on-premises systems, and cloud applications .

Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft Outlook, Share

Point, Microsoft 365/O365, and Active Directory synchronization .

Experience with data migration using Scribe, SSIS, or similar migration tools.





Strong understanding of Power Platform technical architecture and integration capabilities.

Positive knowledge of .NET technologies and SSRS .

Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering, business analysis, and gap-fit assessments for Power Platform initiatives.

Design and configure scalable Power Platform solutions based on business requirements.

Develop and customize Canvas and Model-Driven applications .

Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop .

Configure and manage Dataverse entities, workflows, relationships, and business rules.

Develop plugins and custom workflow activities to extend Power Platform functionality.

Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications, ERP systems, LOB applications, and other business platforms.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Outlook, Share

Point, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory .

Support data migration activities using Scribe, SSIS, or equivalent tools .

Implement appropriate security roles, permissions, and access controls within Power Platform.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide technical guidance and support for Power Platform development, deployment, and production issues.

Ensure solutions follow Microsoft and enterprise development, security, and governance standards.
