Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Application Architect to lead the design and governance of Oracle Fusion cloud applications for HR and Finance Join a high-impact technology function driving enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion transformation across SaaS and PaaS environments.

This role defines architecture strategy for critical HR and Finance systems ensuring scalability, security, and data integrity within complex multi-platform ecosystems.

The position offers deep technical ownership across Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, and EPM integrations with visibility among senior technology and business leadership.

This permanent role is based in Toronto, supporting a major initiative in the financial services industry.

Permanent, Toronto, 3 days a week onsite Must Haves Advanced expertise in Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS architecture Oracle Fusion certifications in HCM , ERP , OIC , and OCI Understanding of OIC integrations and customizations Solid enterprise architecture background with TOGAF or equivalent certification Experience in financial services , asset management , or fund administration environments Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering,



or related field Nice to Have Experience advising business teams on new application/tool selections Familiarity with enterprise-level Oracle environments with multiple integrations Masters degree in a relevant discipline Exposure to AI/ML capabilities within Oracle Fusion Experience with Oracle Guided Learning or similar platforms Knowledge of GDPR, SOX, and data privacy frameworks Responsibilities Define and own Oracle Application architecture for HR and Finance domains aligned with business and technology strategy Lead end-to-end technical design for Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and EPM solutions across SaaS and PaaS Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, design documents, and technical standards Provide architectural oversight across bespoke and third-party systems ensuring scalability and security Design and govern integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Establish and enforce architectural governance and best practices Salary Range : CAD $,-,
