No matter the sector, we are committed to maintaining clean and safe environments that promote health, safety, and business success.Explore exciting opportunities with us and become part of a team that makes a difference every day.Position AvailableRole Title:Field SupervisorLocation:TimminsSchedule:Full time, Flexible Schedule as Operational Required (Days, Evenings, and Weekends)Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support and supervision to the day-to-day Timmins operations including oversight on Projects, Wash Trucks, and Maintenance.Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and assigned staff.Ensure employees are performing assigned duties in accord with company policies, standards, and safety requirements as well as client expectations.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and overall performance.Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to field employees.Address employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary matters in consultation with management and Human Resources when required.Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and within scheduled timelines.Communicate work assignments, expectations,
and operational updates to staff and management.Maintain strong client/customer relationships and respond professionally to concerns or service requests.Complete required reports, inspections, incident documentation, and daily summary reports.Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of company equipment, vehicles, and supplies.Assist with scheduling, staff coverage, and emergency callouts as required.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply or equipment requests.Enforce workplace Health and safety standards, including reporting hazards, incidents, or unsafe work practices.Participate in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills RequirementsPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferredMechanically inclined considered an assetAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of workplace health and safety practicesAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced field environmentProficient with basic reporting, email communication, and mobile technologyValid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstractWork is performed primarily in the field and will require travel between multiple locationsMust be bondable and legally able to work in CanadaMust be able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as operationally requiredStrong communication and people skillsStrong time management and organization skillsStrong work ethic and attention to detailIndividuals must be comfortable and willing to work outsideMine Site experience considered an assetBilingual – French and English considered an assetCompensation and BenefitsWage Range: $57,200+ based on experienceHealth Spending Account (HSA)Paid Vacation Time off, Statutory and Personal DaysEmployee Recognition Programs and EventsWhat We OfferCompetitive wages and benefit package (benefits included only if full-time)Opportunity for growth and advancementSupportive team culture and a collaborative work environmentTraining and professional development opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
