They will balance scientific rigor with operational practicality, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and lead with a high level of ownership, credibility, and strategic perspective.Reporting directly to the Vice President, Medical Affairs, this position offers a remote or hybrid work model, depending on the candidate’s location and preference.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and further develop the Medical Monitoring Unit, including direct oversight of multiple Medical MonitorsEnsure consistent, high-quality medical monitoring across oncology trials from Phase I through Phase IIIProvide expert medical guidance on protocol interpretation, safety events, eligibility, and benefit‑risk assessmentAct as a senior medical point of contact for sponsors, investigators, and internal stakeholdersDrive consistency, quality standards,
