along with an understanding of interconnections between processes and business units to provide effective leadership.Leadership and team‑management skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and inspire, motivate, and engage teams to achieve program objectives.Experience managing cross‑functional teams, including volunteers and emergency personnel, in high‑pressure situations; experience in successfully leading and coordinating emergency response or recovery operations.Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.Working ConditionsThe role includes fieldwork, deployment to emergency operations, and office‑based work during non‑deployment periods.
