We are seeking a Controller who is eager to grow beyond traditional accounting and play a key role in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment. Reporting directly to a seasoned CFO, you will lead a team of three and gain meaningful exposure to investor reporting, M&A, tax planning, and financial systems architecture. This role is ideal for a rising leader from public accounting or an experienced industry professional looking to help build the financial backbone of a category‑defining company.YOUR DAY TO DAYLead and oversee all day‑to‑day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledgerOwn the monthly close process and produce accurate and timely financial statementsDrive continuous improvement in processes, policies, and internal controlsManage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and working capital reportingOversee tax compliance and support external filings with advisorsPrepare audit‑ready financials and support reviews or full audits (as applicable)Build scalable systems and documentation as we grow across bordersSupport budgeting, forecasting,
