Job OverviewGO Car Wash is one of the fastest growing car wash operators in the United States. We are seeking a Facilities Leader to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our car wash facilities.ResponsibilitiesLead a dynamic team of technicians, ensuring the upkeep and performance of equipment and facilities.Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment (conveyors, pumps, motors, sensors) across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and HVAC systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues to maintain optimal uptime.Manage service schedules, recruit skilled tradespeople, and assign work orders via CMMS platform.Monitor key performance indicators (downtime, repair costs, technician utilization) and manage inventory for market and field vehicles.Develop and manage budgets, work with vendors for parts and contracts, and oversee warranty claims and service agreements.Ensure facilities meet regulatory standards, conduct safety training, and implement safety protocols.QualificationsAt least 7 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding,



with 3 years in a leadership role.Proven ability to lead teams and manage preventive maintenance and repairs.Experience with CMMS platforms and work‑order management systems.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage remote teams and large geographic areas.Preferred QualificationsBackground in industries such as plant facilities, heavy equipment repair, or manufacturing.Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and equipment operations.BenefitsCompetitive health perks, 401(k), paid time off, company provided vehicle, fuel card, and power tools.
