We are seeking a Supervising Psychologist to provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and supervision to our team of provisional psychologists. This role balances client work with leadership responsibilities, helping shape a strong clinical culture while ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group supervision to provisional psychologists and clinical interns
- Offer clinical consultation and support to team members regarding complex client cases




- Ensure compliance with College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) standards and ethical guidelines
- Conduct file audits and provide feedback to ensure clinical documentation is thorough and timely
- Carry a caseload of clients (approx. 20-25 including Provisionals)
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to clinical direction of the organization
- Foster a supportive, collaborative, and learning-focused environmentQualifications
- Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP)
- Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Approved by CAP to supervise provisional psychologists
- Solid clinical background in areas such as trauma, couples therapy, mood disorders, or child and family therapy
- Demonstrated experience providing supervision and leadership
- Passion for mentorship and professional development

Pay: $150,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
