If you believe in the power of creativity to transform how people think and behave, you’re in the right place.OverviewSenior Strategist responsible for building and activating commerce media strategies for Colgate Palmolive across Canadian retailers (e.G., Loblaws, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart), spanning retail media networks (RMNs) and third-party vendor campaigns. The role partners with client and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into channel plans, measurement, and continuous optimization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop commerce channel, tactic, and audience strategies; define KPIs aligned to client “jobs to be done”.Lead/coordinate vendor and RMN processes: support RFPs, evaluate capabilities and proposals, and manage ongoing campaign communications (e.G., store/SKU lists, measurement inputs).Run campaign execution and cross-team coordination with vendors, internal teams (manager/creative), and client stakeholders; maintain status documentation.Measure performance: review vendor reporting, support in-flight optimizations, and produce end-of-campaign wrap reports and learning agendas.Own day-to-day admin: maintain shared drive/status docs; keep evergreen materials (e.G., activation decks) up to date; recap calls/meetingsQualifications4–6 years of experience planning/executing commerce media (RMNs, third-party digital, paid social, etc.).Strong understanding of shopper marketing and eCommerce; ability to build commerce media plans and evaluate media metrics (e.G., CPMs, impressions, audiences).Experience with retail media planning (e.G.,
Walmart Connect, Loblaw/PC Optimum media offerings).Experience creating campaign wrap reports; strong writing for strategic points of view.Strong presentation and leadership skills; Bachelor’s degreerequired.Success traitsSelf-starter with strong learning mindset and curiosity for commerce/digital trends.Team-oriented and confident communicator (able to share a POV with internal and client partners).Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.Additional InformationTransparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications.
