This role combines day‑to‑day HR operations with the improvement of HR systems and processes. You’ll be a trusted business partner for managers and employees, helping build and scale our HR function as the company continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted partner to employees and managers on all HR matters, including onboarding, performance management, benefits, and policy interpretation.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.Lead or support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the HRIS system.Streamline and automate HR processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.Contribute to HR projects that drive employee engagement, culture,
