**Job Title: Machine Operator Level 2P**
**Job Description**
As a Machine Operator Level 2P, you will be responsible for operating various CNC machines, performing painting tasks, and maintaining equipment.

You will ensure the proper setup and operation of CNC brake presses, CNC EHRT Copper Bender, CNC Boschert machine, CNC shear, and other machinery.

Your role will include starting up the paint line, adjusting equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.
**Responsibilities**
Perform painting and operate various CNC machines including CNC brake presses, CNC EHRT Copper Bender, and CNC Boschert.

Set up and operate hoist, cranes, and powder paint equipment.

Start-up paint line and ensure ovens and wash stages operate correctly.

Spray materials using pre-set and handheld guns to specified colors and finishes.

Set baking ovens for temperature and time on all materials.

Conduct general maintenance of wash line, including nozzle and riser repair.

Clean and adjust equipment as needed.

Apply various materials required for finishing.

Replenish chemical supplies as necessary.

Perform daily wash line testing and maintain logs.

Calibrate instruments and machines.

Grind and repair any imperfections.

Process work orders using SAP system.

Conduct quality checks and complete daily reports.

Troubleshoot quality issues and identify solutions.

Unload delivery trucks and deliver parts.

Report tasks and times in Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC).

Assist, instruct, and train other employees.

Participate in training programs and process improvement activities.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Maintain positive and respectful work relationships.
**Essential Skills**
Mechanical and technical aptitude.

Problem-solving skills.

Blueprint reading.

Ability to read and understand written instructions.

Proficiency with computer systems, including SAP and FTPC.

Efficient interaction with business systems and machinery.

Self-directed work in a team environment.

Safe use of manual and power tools.

Re-tooling and component handling knowledge.

Understanding of forming principles such as bend allowance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
1 year of related experience.

High School Education or GED.

Experience as a Machine Operator 1P is a prerequisite.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
