**Reliability Engineer**
!
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for applying Design for Reliability (DfR) principles throughout the product life cycle, from concept and design through qualification, manufacturing, field operation, and continuous improvement.

The role develops and executes product reliability strategies, qualification plans, test methods, automated test systems, and data analyses to demonstrate that products meet defined reliability requirements.

This position works closely with Research and Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supplier Development, Quality, Program Management, and Customer Support to identify reliability risks, validate product robustness, investigate failures, and ensure that qualification evidence is available to support the Qualification and Reliability Review and Release for Sales milestones.
**What You Will Do**
Definereliabilityrequirements,acceptancecriteria,andqualificationstrategiesfordigitalimagingproducts.

Developandexecutequalificationandreliabilitytestplansthroughouttheproductdevelopmentlifecycle.

Identifyreliabilityrisks,failuremodes,andimprovementopportunitiesduringdesignanddevelopment.

Design,automate,andmaintainreliabilitytestsystemsusing

Pythonandothersoftwaretools.

Analyzereliability,performance,andlifecycledatatoassessproductrobustnessandsupportengineeringdecisions.

Leadandsupportrootcauseinvestigationsusingstructuredproblem-solvingmethodologies(e.g.,FMEA,5Why,8D,Fault

Tree

Analysis).





Drivecorrectiveandpreventiveactionsandverifytheireffectivenessthroughtestingandanalysis.

Prepareandpresentqualificationresults,reliabilitymetrics,riskassessments,andrecommendationstostakeholders.

Monitormanufacturingandfieldperformancedatatoidentifytrendsandimproveproductreliability.

Supportproduction,supplier,andcustomerreliabilityinitiatives,includingproductchangesandfieldissues.

CollaboratecloselywithR&D;,Quality,Manufacturing,Program

Management,and

Supplier

Qualityteamstoensurereliabilityobjectivesareachieved.

Bachelor'sdegreein

Electrical,Computer,Systems,Mechanical,or

Mechatronics

Engineering,Physics,orarelatedtechnicalfield.
5-7yearsofexperienceinanelectronicsmanufacturingenvironment.

Experienceinproductreliability,qualification,validation,testengineering,systemsengineering,orhardwareproductdevelopment.

Hands-onexperiencedevelopingandexecutingreliability,environmental,andqualificationtesting.

Experienceintegratinghardware,firmware,software,instrumentation,andenvironmentaltestequipment.

Programmingandtestautomationexperienceusing

Pythonorsimilarlanguages.

Stronganalyticalskillswithexperienceinterpretingengineeringdataandpreparingtechnicalreports.

Knowledgeoffailureanalysis,rootcauseanalysis,FMEA,andcorrectiveactionmethodologies.

Abilitytoreadandinterpretengineeringdrawings,schematics,specifications,andtechnicalstandards.

Strongcommunication,organizational,andprojectmanagementskills.

Hands-onexperiencewithenvironmentalchambers,vibrationsystems,oscilloscopes,dataacquisitionequipment,andautomatedtestsystems.

Familiaritywithconfigurationmanagement,sourcecontrol,andstructuredproductdevelopmentprocesses.
