Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Remote Data Scientist for a full-time opportunity with a Financial Services client in the Toronto area.

This person will partner with the business to identify and assess AI, automation, and analytics opportunities.

They will also design, prototype, test, and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and related approved technologies.

Additionally, they will be tasked to translate business requirements and manual processes into AI-enabled agents, automated workflows, and decision-support solutions.

This Data Scientist will conduct data exploration to assess use-case feasibility, data readiness, integration needs, risks, controls, and expected value.

They will independently manage assigned initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, documentation, implementation, and user adoption.

This is a team environment and there will be collaboration with business and control partners to ensure solutions comply with applicable AI, data, risk, privacy, and governance requirements.

- 6+ years' experience Data Science/Analysis experience
- LLM experience, ability to leverage CoPilot
- AI Workflow Automation experience
- Data Exploration experience
- Strong Data Manipulation experience
- SQL and Python experience, ability to read/verify code
