**District Overview**
HR Operations for Kiewit is an integral partner and service provider at Kiewit.
In recent years, we have gone from decentralized HR groups to a unified, shared service team, with various HR Centers of Excellence.

**Location**
This position is located in Calgary.
**Responsibilities**
Proactively source candidates using Linked
In Recruiter, ATS, job boards, referrals, and market mapping techniques
Conduct resume reviews and initial screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and role fit
Evaluate candidates against job requirements, competencies, and hiring criteria
Manage candidate progress through the early stages of the recruitment process
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow‑ups
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS
**Qualifications**
Degree in administration, human resources, communications, or a related discipline
Two years + of comprehensive recruitment experience, including significant exposure to the construction or engineering sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective influence and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience negotiating job offers and a solid understanding of business environments bolster your ability to align talent strategies with company objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Linkedin is essential.
