Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Shipping and Forklift Operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in a busy shipping, receiving, and warehousing environment within the agriculture, forestry, and fishing industry. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on counterbalance forklift experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse flow, shipping paperwork, and inventory accuracy.

The Shipping and Forklift Operator will support daily movement of materials, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, and work closely with production teams to ensure customer orders are prepared correctly and on time. This is a steady Monday to Friday daytime schedule with a supportive team environment, explicit expectations,



and the opportunity to contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to support timely product movement.
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials accurately.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including products, documents, inventory records, and shipping paperwork.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to safely move materials throughout the facility.
- Read and understand production orders to ensure shipments are prepared correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area while supporting other duties as assigned.
