This role offers a unique chance to influence strategic outcomes while delivering technology solutions that drive real business value.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement advanced business systems solutions to meet organizational needs and improve efficiency.Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of business systems projects.Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to document business requirements.Seek and develop new methods for accomplishing client, individual, and organizational objectives.Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members, fostering development.Solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions, having a broad positive impact on the client and CBRE.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.Ensure the successful integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, minimizing disruption.Monitor and evaluate the performance of business systems, making recommendations for improvements.Investigate and respond to information security requests from the client following a structured process.Develop, implement and maintain data governance and data quality policies and procedures.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices,



incorporating new technologies and methodologies into business systems solutions.Communicate complex ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or a combination of experience and education considered.8‑10 years of relevant experience.Proven experience in developing and implementing complex business systems solutions.Strong expertise in business systems analysis, design, and implementation.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong project management skills and experience leading cross‑functional teams.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $130,000 – $140,000 annually.
