The opportunityEY is seeking a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise portfolio, program, and project management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for a technically solid ServiceNow professional who enjoys building scalable SPM capabilities that enable better investment decisions, delivery transparency, and business outcomes.Your Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, Project & Program Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio PlanningBuild and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom tablesDevelop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for portfolio health, financial tracking, and resource capacityCollaborate with functional consultants and BPCs to translate requirements into technical solutionsSupport integrations between SPM and ITSM, HR, and financial systemsParticipate in release management, testing, upgrades, and platform governance activitiesSkills and Attributes for SuccessStrong hands‑on ServiceNow development experience with SPM / PPM modulesProficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow data modelSolid understanding of project, portfolio, and resource management conceptsExperience working within Agile or SAFe delivery modelsStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailIdeally,
