We are seeking aVaricent Analyst – Compensation Supportto manage and support our incentive compensation processes using the Varicent platform. This role combines analytical responsibilities with operational support, ensuring accurate payouts, maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and providing insights through reporting. You will collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and IT teams to deliver a seamless compensation experience.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain compensation plans, rules, and workflows in Varicent.Validate incentive compensation calculations and resolve discrepancies.Provide functional support for Varicent users, addressing queries and issues promptly.Perform regular data audits and ensure accuracy of data feeds from CRM, ERP, and HR systems.Monitor scheduled jobs and workflows for successful execution.Generate and analyze reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track performance and payouts.Document processes, troubleshooting steps,
