COWI is looking for a Resource Manager to become a part of our collaborative team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with experts on some of North America's most impactful projects, primarily focusing on exciting bridge, tunnel, and marine work. You are going to work closely with a team of experts and will report to the Head of Engineering.ResponsibilitiesPlan short, medium, and long-term resource requirements for projects and business units.Embed and improve systems, tools, processes, and governance for efficient resource management.Capture and manage staff availability, ensuring skilled staff are allocated to appropriate roles.Develop and maintain consistent mobilization and demobilization strategies.Provide relevant and timely data to support decision-making on resource allocation.Engage with international teams to address skills gaps and improve visibility of needs and availability.Implement accurate resource forecasting processes, including vacancy tracking and progress monitoring.Identify opportunities for redeployment to improve how resources are allocated.Prepare and deliver weekly reports on staff capacity, resource supply, and demand, highlighting critical skill gaps.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on resource availability and project requirements.Support the Heads of Engineering in Canada and USA by coordinating with other managers and the Engineering Design Center (EDC).Ensure governance and compliance across all projects in resource management.Promote collaboration and communication across cross-functional and international teams.Travel within North America as required to support resource management activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.10+ years of relevant,
