Understanding and performing various requirements of data input and retrieval from the financial system are also important elements.Essential QualificationsSuccessful completion of a Bachelor's degree in business or accountingMinimum 3 years recent/related finance experience, preferably in a hospital environmentHigh level of initiative and self-direction with proven problem solving and critical thinking abilitiesKnowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), accounting practices and reconciliation processesDemonstrated computer experience in databases, word processing,
