Position OverviewMobile Publisher Developer (Salesforce) – Lead II – Enterprise SolutionsLocation: Hybrid – CanadaResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Build custom workflows, triggers, validation rules, and automation to meet business requirements.Optimize Salesforce solutions for scalability, maintainability, and performance.Implement integration patterns using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware tools as required.Design and execute data migration and data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.Support integration of Salesforce with external enterprise applications and platforms.Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed components, integrations, and configurations.RequirementsTechnical Expertise:Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.Solid understanding of Java, SOQL, SQL, and web services.Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Experience, and Marketing Cloud.Certifications:Must have: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.Good to have: Platform Developer II, App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or related Salesforce certifications.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.Solid ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments and cross‑functional teams.Experience:5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including customization and system integrations.Proven hands‑on experience with the Lightning framework.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices is preferred.CompensationCompensation Range: $104,000–$130,000.BenefitsFull‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year,
