Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister, you will manage schools across Milton, London, Brantford, and Belleville with a focus on fostering relationships and advocating for specialized education needs. Your role involves enhancing policy coherence and providing operational leadership for an adept team devoted to student success and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:



- Manage operations for a network of provincial schools - Lead policy development and ensure effective implementation - Guide superintendents in delivering quality educational programs - Promote seamless integration of support services for students - Strengthen ties with advocacy groups and educational stakeholders
Requirements: - Extensive experience in educational leadership roles - Deep understanding of special education practices - Proven record in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics - Strong background in facilities management and safety - Fluency in American Sign Language is preferred
