We're looking for a reliable, warm part-time nanny to help with our new baby.

The role: 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Mornings preferred, but hours are negotiable/versatile.
Your main job is caring for the baby — often during naps, sometimes awake time — so I can get work done, exercise, or catch up on sleep. This is straightforward baby care, not a household management role. Light baby-related tidying (bottles, laundry) is welcome but not the focus.
Important: I'll be home most of the time. If you prefer working independently without a parent around, this probably isn't the right fit.
