Looking for a Reliable Nanny/Babysitter

I'm looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, responsible, and caring to occasionally look after my 8-year-old son for date nights.
This would mainly be evenings and weekends, and some nights may run fairly late, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with late-night babysitting and has dependable transportation.
Ideally, I'd love to find someone we can get to know and trust who can become our regular go-to sitter, rather than having someone different each time.
