You will be directly responsible for managing staff schedules and driving sales performance, while also maintaining an organized store. Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire the sales team to achieve strong customer service
• Oversee daily cash handling and operational tasks
• Create staff schedules and manage payroll efficiently




• Ensure inventory accuracy and implement loss prevention strategies
• Support staff through coaching and training initiatives
Requirements:
• Over 3 years' retail experience
• At least 2 years in a management role
• Strong understanding of merchandising standards
• Excellent communication abilities
