In this role, you will report to the Specialty Pharma Supervisor and develop individualized care plans for your patients. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop customized nursing care strategies for patients
• Conduct thorough health assessments to guide treatment
• Initiate IV access through various methods




• Administer injectable medication and treatments safely
• Document and report any adverse patient reactions
Requirements:
• BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Current registration with provincial regulatory body
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• ACLS certification or support to obtain
• 2 years of experience in acute care preferred
