In this key role, you will lead daily warehouse operations, collaborating with department leaders to ensure efficiency and quality. Your responsibilities include providing training and coaching to employees while monitoring productivity, food safety, and compliance standards. You'll also be an integral part of enhancing inter-departmental communication and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead onboarding and training for warehouse staff • Collaborate on production schedules and order logistics • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards • Monitor inventory and implement FIFO practices • Provide performance feedback and manage labor tracking

Requirements: • Experience in warehouse operations or supervision considered an asset • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus • Ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
