The team emphasizes strong tenant and resident experience which is achieved through maintaining robust relationships and delivering detailed and comprehensive property management services.Your New RoleThe Property Manager will be responsible for a residential rental portfolio in Metro Vancouver, you will oversee the overall functionality and direction of the portfolio ensuring a seamless experience for residents. In this role, you will be managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance and high standards across all properties within your portfolio. You will provide leadership to on-site teams, foster strong tenant relationships,



and collaborate with owners and senior leadership on capital planning, and long-term improvements. This role requires you to have an active BCFSA Rental License.What you’ll need to succeed- BCFSA Rental License- Experience overseeing a rental portfolio.- 3+ years Property Manager Experience- 2+ years overseeing a team- Knowledge of building systems ie. Mechanical, HVAC, lifecycle planning.- Strong working knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act.- Experience using RENTcafé & Yardi are assets.- BCDL & vehicle are required for this role.What you’ll get in return- $95,000 - $105,000- Discretionary bonus.- 3 weeks vacation.- Extended health benefits.- RRSP Matching- Cell phone.- Car Allowance.- Education & license support.
