The Full Time Nurse Practitioner role at SOAR is pivotal in our Withdrawal Management and Treatment Services Team. You will assess, treat, and support individuals during their recovery journey while shaping best practices within our system. Your expertise will contribute to effective care transitions, enhancing client wellbeing and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and adjust treatment plans for clients
• Conduct risk assessments and respond accordingly
• Support continuity planning for client care
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff
• Stay informed with evidence-based practices
Requirements:
• NP (Extended Class) with CNO in good standing
• Solid assessment and prescribing skills
• Experience in mental health and addictions preferred
• Current BCLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for practice areas
