In this full-time permanent role, you'll be responsible for the Software Training & Transitions Trainer - Sales. The ideal candidate will engage customers through effective training on the PBS Dealer Management Software, especially in Sales, enabling them to harness the software’s full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn all PBS software areas to train customers effectively
• Conduct both virtual and live training sessions
• Address customer needs and provide ongoing support
• Monitor ticket requests and documentation updates
• Commit to ongoing education and cross-training
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a dealership sales role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick software learning
• Must travel within North America monthly
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities
• High School Diploma is required
